Rates - Polices

• Since we have confirmed availability for your preferred dates of stay and in order to complete your reservation , it is necessary that you provide a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay by making a deposit to our bank account. 
• The remaining balance is to be paid after your arrival at the property.
• There is free cancellation 21 days before your arrival.
• In case you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you are requested to pay 50% of the remaining value of the days for which you were scheduled in accordance with provisions in law.
• The customer is not allowed to host and spend extra nights on the accommodation without to inform the hotel
• Pets not allowed
• Check-out time is until 11:00 am and check-in time is at 15:00 pm.
